Ben Lecomte is a long distance swimmer...
attempting to be the first person to swim across the Pacific Ocean. After completing the Atlantic Ocean in 1998 in support of cancer research and in memory of his father, he set his sights on the next adventure. His Pacific Ocean crossing is drawing attention towards plastic pollution, as well as a team of researchers conducting studies on the state of our oceans health. Ben hopes his mission will help people be more aware to their actions and cut down on single use plastics.
